4. Orders and Prescriptions

All orders must be accompanied by a valid prescription from a licensed dental practitioner. We reserve the right to:

• Verify the authenticity of prescriptions
• Contact the prescribing dentist for clarification
• Refuse orders that do not meet professional standards
• Request additional information or documentation

5. Quality Assurance

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. All products are:

• Manufactured according to international dental laboratory standards

• Guaranteed for workmanship and materials

6. Delivery and Turnaround Time

We strive to deliver all products within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary based on:

We will notify clients of any delays as soon as possible.

7. Returns and Remakes

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a product does not meet specifications or has defects:

• Notify us within 7 days of receipt

• Return the product in its original condition
• We will remake or refund as appropriate

Remakes due to changes in prescription or client error may incur additional charges.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established with each client account. Standard terms include:

• Payment due upon delivery for new clients
• Net 30 days for established accounts
• Late payment fees may apply
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
